Description OMNI-GUARD software

New type of Electronic System Control by Micro Controller for all the functions of the sample changer unit and the counting unit, connection via RS-232 serial interface to a PC-system, works under Windows 95/98/2000/NT by the use of TRACERLAB control-software, no manipulation on the PC-system by built-in cards etc.

Setup-functions (Preset):

• Detail selection of the sample position
• Comment (cycle-comment)
• Selection of cycles, 1-9 cycles for the selected samples
• Selection of MSR (Multiple Sample Repeat), 1-99 times without changing
• Selection of Preset-Time, 1-99999 seconds
• Selection of Preset-Count channel 1, 1-999999 counts
• Selection of Preset-Count channel 2, 1-999999 counts
• Selection of automatic background substract
• Selection of data-file storage
• Comment (sample description) of each sample position individual
• Count-delay (Counting starts only after the delay-time is over)
• General selection of Preset for all samples

Continuous display of the actual values:

• Sample position
• Cycle number
• MSR number
• Counting time
• Countrate channel 1
• Countrate channel 2
• ASC (Auto Sample Changer)-Status
